Non-surgical skin tightening is performed using a plasma pen device to tighten loose skin and remove excess skin on the face and body. The device works by ionising the natural gases in the air to convert into plasma, which is the name given to the spark created naturally by the gases. The plasma will create a tiny superficial burn when placed closed to the skin, which creates an instant tightening effect as the skin draws in around it.
