At BG Aesthetics, we want to make sure everyone feels at home and receives the best experience. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. BOOKING & CLINIC POLICY
All bookings are made in accordance with the contents of this document and any other external conditions stated in consultations and medical history forms.
All appointment / bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee that will be advised at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until a booking fee has been received. If there is a delay in making a deposit payment, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else. A booking will not be held for you. A mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of booking to receive booking confirmation. An email and text reminder are sent 48 hours before your appointment.
You must be over the age of 18 to receive any aesthetic treatments, please be prepared to show ID if asked.
It is not possible to determine how much product is required without seeing you in person. If you are unsure please book in for a free no obligation consultation. If you are booking for an anti-wrinkle treatment and are a new client, please ensure you have had a consultation prior to the appointment to avoid your appointment being cancelled. If you are booking for an SPMU treatment (including microblading) please ensure you have received a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you have a review appointment (top up) arranged for wrinkle relaxing treatment, this must take place within 3 weeks of your original appointment. If you do not book an appointment within the specified period, we will be unable to offer you a free review appointment.
Please do not bring more than 1 person with you to your appointment to avoid over-crowding. Children are not allowed in the treatment room due to health and safety.
NEED TO CANCEL?
What You Need to Know
Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we will be flexible to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit to the new appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, unfortunately you will be at risk of losing your deposit. If you fail to show up to your appointment with no notice you will lose your deposit and will be unable to re-book.
For models of training courses the same cancellation policy applies. If you wish to reschedule your appointment and have given 48 hours notice the deposit can only be transferred to another training day for the same fee. Alternatively, you can book with Bryonie as usual for the standard pricing and the deposit will be deducted.
RUNNING LATE?
We are often booked to full capacity. If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (without letting us know), we may not be able to go ahead with your appointment which could result in losing your deposit. Be in touch to find out more.
REFUNDS
Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
All packages are to be paid in full before treatment commences.
All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Returns for products purchased in the 'SHOP' must be requested via. e-mail and may only be returned if it is un-opened and in it's original packaging.
KLARNA
Klarna is only valid on services over £100. All payments made via. Klarna are non-refundable. If you fail to show up to your appointment or cancel within 48 hours and you have paid via. Klarna there will be an additional late cancellation/no show fee of £50.00 required before you can rebook. It is the clients responsibility to check availability before continuing with payment via. Klarna as refunds cannot be given. BG Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel, deduct or change any discounts at any time without warning.
