TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
BG Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse admission to any or all of its training courses.
Upon booking of a training course you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot. The booking fee will depend on the course booked and you will be quoted before enrolment of the course. This booking fee is due at least 14 days prior to course commencement and the course will not be confirmed until the fee is received. The remaining fee is required within a week of the course start date unless stated otherwise.
The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation within less than 14 days notice, then the full cost of the training course is payable. The fee may be waived in the event of a serious contagious illness or emergency, however official proof is required.
Once the booking fee has been received you shall receive an email confirming the training course, a long with a schedule and other information required. In confirming a training course with BG Aesthetics, you agree to data being submitted in order to process your booking.
If for any reason you need to cancel or rearrange your training please contact us as soon as possible. If cancellation occurs due to pandemic, war and nature force major then the fees are non-refundable, however an alternative date and/or location will be offered when safe to do so.
Manuals and certification are only provided on beginner or masterclass courses. Please note that shadowing days and masterclasses are not accredited courses and will not allow you to become insured in the treatments if you have not already completed a beginners course. There is an additional admin fee for services such as re-printing of manuals, certification etc.
If you are late by more than 30 minutes you will be unable to attend the course and the cost of training will be lost.
BG Aesthetics will use its best endeavours to facilitate live models for all courses where appropriate, however the number of models cannot be guaranteed due to last minute cancellations. In the event that pre-booked models cancel and the tutor agrees the student has not seen the requisite number of models, BG Aesthetics will use its best endeavours to offer a date to return to complete your practical with an agreed number of live models.
On the rare occasion that you do not meet the criteria pass rate for the course, you may be asked to return for further training at no additional cost.
Insurance after the course is the responsibility of the student, the tutor will happily give recommendations however cannot personally offer insurance. We do not accept any responsibility for insurance issues after the course is completed.
